Hill Walking

The hills around the Tweed Valley are a hikers dream! Whilst there isn’t the height of the Scottish Highlands, nor the broodiness of the Cairngorms, the hills of the Scottish Borders should not be under-estimated. It doesn’t take long before you get that awe inspiring sense of isolation and remoteness, exploring the miles of trails that stretch across the landscape.

As you walk, listen out for the dancing song of the skylark or spot a golden eagle soaring on the thermals high above your head!
